After 24 years of laughter, connection, and shared memories, organizers have officially announced the cancellation of Halloswing 2025, which was originally set for October 18 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Why Halloswing 2025 Was Canceled
Despite the team’s best efforts, pre-reservations didn’t meet the hotel’s occupancy requirements to keep the contracted room block active. Without the minimum number of bookings, the hotel couldn’t maintain the event space agreement, leading to the difficult decision to cancel.
Organizers worked tirelessly to find alternatives, including negotiating extensions and exploring other venues. Unfortunately, financial and logistical challenges made it impossible to move forward this year.
Community Support and Looking Ahead
For more than two decades, Halloswing has been more than an event. It’s been a celebration of connection, freedom, and friendship. Attendees from across the region have gathered every year to share in the excitement that made Halloswing one of Omaha’s most cherished Lifestyle gatherings.
The organizing team expressed deep gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the event’s legacy and emphasized that this isn’t goodbye.
Guests who reserved hotel rooms will have their bookings automatically canceled without any charges. Those who purchased pre-sale tickets through Eventbrite will receive full refunds within 3 to 7 business days once processing is complete.
While 2025 brings a pause, it’s not the end. The Halloswing team remains committed to exploring new opportunities for future Lifestyle events in Omaha that continue the same spirit of community, fun, and freedom that Halloswing has always represented.
